The last 8 years has seen YPP grow into one of the biggest letting companies in the North of England; we now manage over 1,550 beds across 6 cities, and that’s not stopping any time soon. What makes us different from other letting agents is that we manage our properties throughout the whole process from construction to lettings, and then the ongoing maintenance, so we have a great understanding of all of our properties. We also have an in-house maintenance team who know our buildings inside and out. Specialising in large developments of apartments all of our properties are modern and centrally located close to City centre's or Universities. We also offer services such as concierge and parcel management, all inclusive utility bill packages, on-site gym's, communal lounges, cinema rooms and parking in a select number of our exclusive developments.
