I am a private landlord, I have properties located all around Birmingham. Whenever I do up a flat, I always think would I be happy to live here, hence I keep the standard high. I have a property that has been seperated into individual units. So you share the communal front door, but have your own front door - once inside you have your own kitchen and shower. Most of the units in the house have a combined living room/bedroom. No bills are included in the advertised rent. The house is situated on Gillott Road, which is a 5 minute walk on to the Hagley Road, which is one of the main roads into Birmingham and Beyond. Five ways train is 10 minutes away via bus.
