My room is available from 6th May. I’m moving in with my boyfriend but sad to be leaving my great housemates and a lovely house. The house is situated in SW8, right in between Battersea and Clapham. It's a lovely house with a really 'homely' feel to it, including a large kitchen, lounge area and garden. The bedroom available is quite cosy but has lots of storage space and a double bed! The location for the house is great, situated just off Wandsworth Road and right in between Battersea Park and Clapham Common. There are lots of transport links within walking distance: Clapham Common tube station (15 mins), Queenstown Road (7 mins) and Battersea Park (10 mins) train stations, and Wandsworth Road Overground (5 mins) as well as plenty of nearby buses which can take you to Clapham Junction, Vauxhall and Sloane Square within 15 mins. Rent is £586 and bills come to an extra £75 including a great Virgin TV package and broadband. The deposit is £738 and an extra £75 is required for referencing fees. A bit about my current house mates; Chloe is 29 and works as a retail analyst, Zoe is 26 and a fashion designer, they both enjoy exploring London, travelling, keeping fit, gigs, going out for dinner and nights out as well as chilled nights in in front of the TV. Between us we have been in the house for 2-4 years and really treat it as a home. I really want to ensure I find a good fit for my wonderful housemates, someone who is friendly, easy to get along with and sociable, as well as being clean and respectful.
