Hi! I am looking for a flatmate to share a lovely, modern two double bedroom, two bathroom apartment! I am 35 y. o. friendly professional with a busy job and social life. Looking for someone similar who wants a quiet, relaxing place to live :) About the room/ flat:- The room is a furnished, medium size double bedroom with built-in wardrobe, under-bed storage & your own bathroom. The flat has a living room/ dining room with a separate kitchen. Large TV in living room. Apartment is a top floor(2nd)and quiet apartment, not on main road. There is a lift! Roof terraces all around the building which are always quiet & great in the sun. There’s a sunny window seat in the flat too. Secure underground parking and bike storage available. The flat is approx 7 mins walk to South Wimbledon (northern line) and 7 minutes walk to Wimbledon overground station, Thameslink and district line. Journey times: 16 mins to Waterloo on train; 26 mins to Bank on the Northern. Half hour on the ‘TL’ to the 'City Thameslink' station (near St. Pauls). District line to Paddington in half hour. Ca. 20 mins to Victoria on Northern & Victoria lines. More about me: -I spend evenings & weekends out with friends, exercising or relaxing at home with a book or good TV series or yoga -I socialise away from the flat and am respectful of noise at home. -Generally early to bed in the week; varies at weekends. I'm sometimes away with work in the week. - Happy to hang out with my flatmate sometimes with tv/netflix or a night out but I understand people need their space and downtime and I am happy doing my own thing! :) Wimbledon is zone 3, has loads of shops, restaurants, parks, the common/woodland, bars, Richmond park not far, an Odeon IMAX cinema, Curzon, 2 theatres and more which is why I love it! *PLEASE NOTE: Sorry, I don't wish to live with a couple, nor have flatmate's guests hanging out in communal areas all the time. (Of course we may have a bf/gf or friends visiting sometimes so we can chat about what we are both happy with for visitor frequency and use of communal areas :)
