About Denis

HI! This is Denis. I am a young professional working usual office hours, I am a recruiter for The Co-op. My flatmate decided to move somewhere cheaper and I want to live closer to my office. So, I am looking for a room in the city centre. My ideal location could be Green Quarter, Northern Quarter, Ancoats or New Islington, but I am open to the surrounding areas. My ideal flat must have 2 beds/2baths and a parking space included in my budget of £550pcm. I would like it to be in a new and modern building and hopefully have a balcony. My weeknights usually find me in front of the telly enjoying some home-cooked food and some beverage and sometimes in the gym. I enjoy getting out of the city at the weekends and exploring the outdoors. I like having people over, but not partying every weekend. I am very clean and I like my kitchen to stay tidy as I cook quite often. I am looking for a place to call home, not just a place to sleep. I would prefer to move with someone who is a young professional and who wants to be friends with their flatmate. I am very sociable, but sometimes I need time for myself too.
