Due to unforeseen circumstances I will soon be living alone in a property I bought earlier this year. It's a 2 bed and I'm looking to rent out the spare (single) room to help with the mortgage repayments. I'm currently studying for a degree in mental health nursing but keep up an active and social lifestyle. I would prefer someone like minded but open to offers of all backgrounds.
