This room is in central London the locations is really good, 5 min walk to the Russell Square underground. The building is just remodeled, all the amenities are clean and nice. It has Study and Living Room as communal area, washing and drying area, Gym, and Cinema. The Shared rooms are starting from £295 weekly for short stays (summer), and for Long stays is £275, and I'm offering it for £267. Due to a personal reason I'll need to move out from London, that's the reason I'm looking for transfer it. The current contract ends until Sept but I'm open to negotiate the time if it's less or more than this that you will need it. This is a unique opportunity for a new remodeled building in Central London !!! The room is a sharing room for two people, with it private bathroom, and kitchen for sharing with other rooms. I'm currently not sharing with anybody, so you are going to be paying for a shared room but is going to be just for you, I'm planning to move out on June.
