We are a friendly and respectful family and our home is a busy one! I am a nurse and my hubby is a professional musician (often works away) We have a 14 yr old daughter and also have a very friendly well behaved miniature Labradoodle who is hypoallergenic therefore ideal for allergy sufferers as he is non shedding. Two beautiful, newly refurbished double rooms with brand new carpet now available to rent. Situated on the second floor of a lovely large Victorian period family home with leafy views. The rooms are light and airy, and come fully furnished with bed, bedside table, double wardrobe and chest of drawers. They also feature a table top fridge, microwave, kettle and a toaster for your convenience. Both tenants will have sole access to a large, newly converted and refurbished shower room which contains large shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin. There is also a separate sitting room/shared space from our family room, which is available for the two potential tenants. Both the modern kitchen and utility room (also recently refurbished) will be shared with the family and there is a washing machine available for reasonable use. All bills inc; Gas, Electricity, Council Tax, Wi-Fi, TV Licence, Cleaner to all communal areas. The house is positioned opposite Moseley Bog Nature Reserve. We are a short walk from Moseley Village which hosts some amazing Jazz Festivals and a monthly award winning Farmers Market. The Village also has an abundant supply of shops, bars and restaurants. We are only a 2 minute walk to the number 5 bus a main bus route into the city and Birmingham City University and a 5 min walk to the number 1 bus on Wake Green Road, which is a direct bus to QE Hospital and Birmingham University. We are 12 min walk to Hall Green train station which is a 13 min journey to Snow Hill train station in the city. We are also only a short walk from Cannon Hill Park, The Midland Art Centre, Edgbaston Cricket Ground and Moseley Park. If you like playing Tennis then Moseley Tennis Club is near The rooms would ideally suit professional females.
