About Louis

I work full-time in the city and always have bills paid on time. I’m very clean as can be seen in the photos and have the usual approach to sharing cleaning responsibilities, although am happy to discuss hiring cleaners for tasks that require more elbow grease (cleaning the bathroom, oven, windows, etc.). I’m always happy for my housemate to invite friends, family and partners over for drinks/sleepovers, etc. on the weekends and have spare blankets and pillows I am happy to share for this. I am gay so any housemate moving in would have to be accepting of this. I’m also single, although when dating people in the past have ensured they do not encroach on my housemate’s personal space or overstay their welcome so no need to worry about that. I’m also a non-smoker but have no issue with smokers. I hope to create an environment where you don’t feel as though you are just renting the bedroom and the entire apartment is your place to make yourself at home.
