Hi! We are a couple renting our 2nd double bedroom as our lovely flatmate is going back to Portugal. I'm french (26years old) and my husband is British (35 years old) we also have 2 cats and 1 dog so you need to be an animal lover! The flat as a huge front room with big TV and Xbox with Netflix and nowtv so you will be more than welcomed to use it as you please. Big kitchen with all the appliance to cook. Bathroom and toilet are separated. We have a cleaner coming fortnightly but you will be expected to clean once a month common areas when isn't cleaner week to come. The bedroom has a double bed brand new (only 1 year in use) the room has an build in wardrobe and comes furnished. We would prefere someone working more than a student. We both work 45-50h a week both in hospitality so almost never home. We do enjoy sharing meals all together and wish to keep that homey feeling of the house rather than those horrible sharedflat where no one knows each others. The flat is at 10minwalk from Highgate station or W5 bus pass right in front the house and in 10mn drop you in Archway station . We do enjoy a nice and tidy flat so please be respectful and just have common sense really. We are a very easy going people and if you love animals Biboo, Duchess and Kala are always up for a cuddle!
