I am moving away from London and unfortunately have to give up this hidden gem! Beautiful flat next to the Highbury fields. It’s a 3 bedroom flat on the 1st floor. It’s been redone recently with modern bathroom and kitchen. Has all modern appliances including washing machine and dishwasher. There are two super nice girls living here, age 29 and 30, from North-America. One of them is doing a masters and the other is working full time for the UN. The bedroom being let has its own balcony and a view to trees outside. The bedroom also shares the bathroom depicted with one of the girls - the bathtub is heavenly! Looking for a like-minded lady who respects the home and contributes to keeping the flat tidy. There is a cleaner who comes once every 2 weeks and the cost is split equally in addition to the rent. There’s a bus stop right outside the door and the Highbury & Islington tube station is a 7 min walk away with Victoria, National Rail and Overground. You otherwise have Finsbury Park and Angel walking distance from the flat in either direction. There’s a Tesco metro and Waitrose next to Highbury and Islington station, and a Lidl next to Finsbury Park station. There’s a gym by the Highbury fields (7mins walk) and a climbing centre in a castle by Finsbury Park. Bills (including the cleaner and council tax) amount to around £130/month.
