I am friendly and calm professional lady. My spacious, airy, bright Two-Bed flat is in the middle of an old school courtyard which now serves as offices and art space. It gives different colourful lightings at night. My flat is therapeutically quiet; you can view the courtyard garden right from the lounge double aspect full double glass doors with Juliet Balconies. The double room for let has a long window, a small TV, access to virgin Wi-Fi and GCH. The bathroom and Kitchen are well ventilated with large windows. The flat has a spacious hallway. I am looking for a professional female or mature female student as a Lodger. Non smoker and no pets please. Harewood Road is at the back of a mini shopping parade useful for grocery shopping including a massive Lidl, Home Bargain, Library, Health Centre, and Dentist. You can easily get a direct bus 400 to and from the airport via the Hospital, and there are four buses to the City Centre -2, 14, 30, and 21. The room will be available Mid July but an early entry date can be negotiated. The rent is inclusive of all bills except council tax of £50 as we will both share the cost .
