About Max

Hi guys, I rent out two rooms in our apartment (students in Architecture or from UCL are welcome). The price is 750£/M and 150 charges in addition, so 900£ all together. I'm French but living in UK for 4 years and it's my first year in London studying at UCL. The apartment belongs to my family so we expect an easy peasy, laid back, friendly tenant/landlord relationship. I also speak German so it would be great to be able to practice the language with a German speaker. My interests are in Fine Art (it's my passion: I'm a painter), Architecture-Design, am high level cross country runner and passionate about rock climbing. I will have the keys by beginning August so would be able to send more pictures by then. The two rooms would be available beginning September.
