Hello! I’m looking to rent out my room as I’m relocating back to Bristol. It’s a large double with loads of storage, shared bathroom with one other (with a great shower!) and large living / kitchen area. Bills aren’t included in the £870 and are £92 per month including a weekly cleaner. We have a roof terrace with a bbq which is a sun trap and great for the summer. You’d be sharing with three girls between 31-35 all professionals working in finance and sales. It’s a really nice flat dynamic which is sociable with people doing their own thing too. The flat comes furnished but if you’d like to bring any of your own furniture that should work. I’m moving out in June but can be flexible re moving in dates.
