My roommate and I, Chloe, are looking for someone who is in the middle of us (late 20s) for a well-rounded household (I'm early 30s and she's mid-20s). We're both super nice and respectful, and clean, looking for a considerate professional, that will also want to socialise occasionally together (we try to get out as a house once every 6 weeks or so) and wants to feel at home.
