I'm a Mind Body Coach which involves helping with Depression, Anxiety, Phobias and Weight Loss. I also work with Children in a care home so I'd be away for half the week. I like to go out and have wine nights from time to time! I also go to the gym regularly. Go to the cinema (have a cineworld card). Love sports especially football. Love Netflix. Have been travelling around the world and love holidays.
