I will be starting a PhD at the University of Leicester and looking to share a house with young professionals/fellow graduate students. Ideally want a tenancy close to the University, starting late August to mid-September. Would prefer LGBT or LGBT friendly housemates. Happy with smokers and pets. Easy-going, would like flatmates to socialise with but totally respect privacy as well. I love to tidy so that won't be a problem either.
