I’m looking for a flat hunting buddy/couple for a flat share. Currently living a flat share with a female flat mate in SW London, but want to move back to SE London in the summer (start of July move-in date). I work from home during the day, by night I’m a semi-pro musician (don't worry, you won't really notice as I practice quietly when not out at rehearsals/gigs). Very clean (go in on a cleaner?), COVID safe (triple jabbed and always masked), happy to socialise (genuinely) while also respecting privacy and boundaries, and not looking for a party house (having people over is fine, just done with student lifestyle).
