About Giannis

After spending my first months in London on a quite nice but far from perfect flat, I am now looking to move to a new, better place (no rush yet). Ideally, what I would like to find is a room in a nice flat in a region that has interesting things-to-do, and flatmates that are like-minded. I work normal hours as a Data Analyst in a wine exchange company, but when not working, I prefer spending my time watching (usually non-Hollywood) films, listening to any kind of music, going to museums, galleries, political (left-side) events, demonstrations. I also enjoy going out for a drink/wine/beer or a coffee, traveling throughout the UK or even further, and watching a bit of football (mainly saying that for the World Cup at summer). At the same time, I am clean + tidy (without being obsessed), calm + quiet, independent + respectful of other peoples lives. I would expect similar qualities from my roomates (e. g. not many unwashed dishes/pots on the sink or not loud music on a weekday after midnight) but I am quite relaxed in general. My preferred locations for a flat would be Brixton, Peckham (walking distance to an overground station), anywhere north/north-east but walking distance from a tube station with Northern or Victoria line.
