Hi, I'm Katie. I am looking to buddy up with another professional to rent a 2 bed unfurnished flat. I have pretty much everything so the other person (you?) would only really need their bedroom furniture. I'd like to stay within a 45 min walk of George Street (for work) so plenty of places to find a nice flat around town. I'd like to pay less than £500 rent pcm which is very doable for a 2 bed unfurnished flat. All in my max is £625pcm bills inc. I enjoy cooking, going out and finding new places for breakfast, lunch or dinner and on occasion pudding! I enjoy a good night in just chilling or going out for a wander. I love watching the rugby when it's on and also golf. Always up for going to a rugby game or 2. I enjoy catching up with friends and family and generally leading a chilled out life. I'm clean and tidy and would expect to share the cleaning around the flat. I'd like to live with someone who will be sociable but also respect 'me-time'.
