I’m 31, looking for a chilled flat in between work in Bromley, and my children near Crystal Palace. I tend to keep to myself, but I’m personable and friendly, and happy to spend time hanging out, and enjoy having good people around for drinks and music. I believe communal areas should be kept clean and tidy, that’s just courteous. If a good relationship can be built up, I don’t see a problem helping each other out with things like cleaning. A rota shouldn’t be needed, but I’m not against one if it’s necessary. I drink and smoke, but would rather not live in a flat where smoking happens freely inside all the time, it’s not a nice smell... It might not seem it, but I promise I am a laugh! I like games nights, I play guitar, I sing and rap, I used to perform in a comedy trio, I worked in theatre for around 12 years. But I’m also respectful and courteous, and I only ask the same.
