We are looking for someone to join us, in our spare room. We are 2 professionals working full time and would like someone who will live happily alongside us. We would also consider couples so happy to discuss this too. The house has recently been renovated. 95% complete with just the kitchen to go (fully functional still). The room is furnished with a double bed, double wardrobe, bedside table and smart TV. You'll see from the photos it's all brand new (solid oak) with the most comfortable mattress! Would suit a young professional - Approx. 10 minutes from Rochester station/High street. - Great links (<0.5miles) to the M20, M2 and A2 as well as good local transport links in to Maidstone and Chatham. - The UCA University is just down the road along with both Greenwich and Kent Campus's. - All bills covered including broadband.
