Cosy Double room - trendy area of Newington Green £600 pm plus bills circa £65 pm Two professional females from the fitness industry seeking a fellow female roomie to take the third room in a cosy flat in Highbury we have just taken on from 15th October. We are both in our late 20s and live busy, professional and sociable lives! Looking for someone with a similar lifestyle who we can hopefully call a friend and share our new 3 bedroom flat with. The flat is located in the most desirable location of north London just under a 15 minute walk from Highbury and Islington and Stoke Newington. There is a bus stop literally right outside the flat with routes; 4, 141, 19 and 391. The room is a small double and will come fully furnished with a brand new wardrobe, new mattress and bed base with storage underneath from our amazing private land lady who is super cool , accommodating and lovely. (Room measurements on request) We aren’t looking for someone who wants to party every weekend as this will be our place to relax and wind down but we’re certainly partial to the odd gathering with wine and some soulful tunes. I find things are easier read in bullet proof form so below will give you a good feel for us and the flat to decide whether this is for you ? Myself and Alice: -Both Yoga teachers -We enjoy cooking and one of us is vegetarian ? -We listen to more music than we do tv (Jazz,Hip hop, soul and melodic house) so another musical roomie would be amazing! -Clean and tidy girls who want a homely flat full of plants and candles The flat: -Situated on a quiet street and a green area with a number of gorgeous parks in walking distance -One shared Moroccan styled bathroom with huge bath and shower -Nice sized living room with two trendy double sofas and a leafy view from the window -Secure entrance with key fob access -Amazing transport links with Victoria line close by and Canonbury over-line -6 month term If you think you’re the missing piece to our new home HIT US UP We need to move quickly and its important we share a glass of wine together prior to making a decision for all of us to feel whether we could all live together happily ?
