You'll be sharing the flat with a professional in their late 20's who works in the hospitality industry, meaning they spend a lot of time out of the flat. Clean, polite, respectful and accommodating and willing to share the flat with anyone who is likeminded. Male housemates are preferred. I really like living in this flat and am only moving because I've accpted a new job in January 2019 which means I'll be leaving London. The lease expires July 31 2019 so the initial lease would be 6 months with the option to extend indefinitely after this.
