I’m looking for a professional, quiet mature and honest person to share a bedroom in a two bedroom flat as my flat mate is moving on after three great years, looking for someone who wants a long term, not short term.
The flat is quiet, clean and well decorated, it is situated at the top end of Chiswick High Road, within 5 minutes’ walk to Chiswick Park/Gunnersbury underground stations (District Line), Sainsbury’s supermarket is also 5 minutes’ walk and the shops in Chiswick High Road.
My flatmate has been with me for three years and is now moving on, hence his room is now available.
The room will be available from 1st December 2018, or maybe before.
The rent is £745.00, plus bills which are electric, water, broadband, the council tax is £73 a month.
The managing agent will do a reference and credit check on all applicants and a month’s deposit is required up front, rent is payed directly into the owner’s bank account each month.
Both the owner of the flat and managing agent are very respectful.
