I’m looking for a lodger. I have a lovely bright and spacious single room to let in my house. The room has a wardrobe and a chest of drawers so there’s plenty of storage. I have a crazy dog (cross staffy), he’s very friendly but very lively so a dog lover is a must. I’m quite laid back and lead a chilled out lifestyle. I work 5 days a week in a school, and I like to keep myself to myself when I get home. Please note this is not a 'shared house'. It’s a peaceful household with just myself and my bonkers dog. I’m looking for someone who won’t take up all the space on the bathroom shelf lol. Seriously, I’m looking for someone who is reliable with paying rent on time and who is easy going. My house is down a quite road in greenhill with local shops in easy walking distance, I’m 30 seconds walk to bus stop, and a 20 mins walk to the train station. Very convenient, peaceful and practical location.
