Lovely 3 bed townhouse in Quinton available from 13th January, close to shops and amenities. The property comprises of 3 bedrooms with one already rented out and one available to rent (the last room will be kept free if tenants want to have guests over). The room on offer is a large furnished double bedroom. The property has a garage (which is currently used as a home gym), a drive (big enough for two small cars) and a good size south facing back garden. The property comes with all the white goods and fixtures and fittings. It also comes with virgin high speed broadband, which is included in the price of the room. The current tenant is a non-smoker, female in her 30’s who works shifts and has a cat. The ideal occupant/s will have to be okay with pets and also a non-smoker. We are ideally looking for someone who is clean and respectful and generally not a party animal, as the tenant can sometimes work late and be coming in late. Pets are welcome in the property, as long as they don’t destroy anything and they are friendly with the current tenants cat. The house has an EPC rating D, and bills are all included in the cost of the room. The room is £450 for one person (including bills) and £550 for a couple. A deposit of £250 is needed if someone is taking the property. A reference is not needed, although a photocopy or some photo ID would be.
