I am a living out landlord currently working abroad, I have rented out my 2 spare rooms, single room is 440£ (has a double bed), large room is 500£. In the past a few years, I have had wonderful tenants from all nationalities. At the moment I Have a 1 nice quiet tenant. I look for a long term base, 6-12 months, can try 3 months first, it depends the situations. Thanks for interest. (Update- sorry the room is free after 07/04 now, it’s all rented with 1 month notice until April) Brief: 1930’s semi-detached house, end of the road with a beautiful mature garden 100" long, situated in peaceful quite country hills surround. 3 mins drive to Chipstead or woodmansterne train stations ( or 15 mins walk), 5 mins drive to banstead high street, or buss 166 from Epsom hospital all the way to west croydon, passing the stop at the bottom of my road, 2 local pubs walking distance. Or 10 mins drive to Sutton or Epsom or Purley high streets... etc if you fancy to try lots of different high streets, also 15 mins drive to Croydon, redhill or Reigate. Can walk to banstead common, Chipstead valleys and some country walks...etc. Nice neighborhood friendly... 2 quiet full time working male roommates, shared large loung, large kitchen, and shared common areas, with 2 toilets.
