We are looking for a female non smoker to let a spacious, bright and modern double room in a homely 4 bed house. The house is currently occupied by myself and my son aged 17 although he only spends alternate weeks here as I share him with his Dad. I also have a 21 year old daughter who is currently in London doing her first year at uni. She sometimes comes home during the holidays. I work shifts so am understanding of anyone who works shifts too. The house has a kitchen/lounge area and a garden, all of which are shared. You will have your own personal kitchen cupboard space and fridge and freezer space. You will have your own washroom with a shower, sink and toilet that is solely for you. Please note that it is not ensuite but across the hall. The room is a good sized double which is appreciated better with a viewing as the photos are making it look smaller than it is. Lots of storage space with new modern furniture and decor. There is room on the drive for a small car but plenty of street parking if you have a larger vehicle. The house is in a great location with quick and easy access to A31 and A331. Ash train station is 5 minutes away with an easy commute to London. Regular buses available from Manor Road or Oxenden Road. Rent includes gas, electric, water, council tax, TV licence and WiFi. We are a friendly, easy going bunch who would welcome a clean and tidy individual to share our home.
