About Ami

Hello, I am a 28 year old teacher who needs a flat mate quite quickly - move in from February 2nd 2019 . The house is in the centre of Epsom (literally by the epsom playhouse) so great for the town centre and the station but not close enough for it to be noisy. It is a three bedroom house with a bathroom and high spec kitchen. I currently occupy the larger bedroom so would be able to offer you the other two bedrooms to use as you would like but both are big enough to fit a double bed. The bathroom has a waterfall shower and a heated floor which is a nice touch. I have two guinea pigs which are in a cage on the landing - a couple of friendly companions. I enjoy watching tv, relaxing and going out with friends. I have a very busy job so will be out of the house early until late.
