I'm looking for a sociable and outgoing flatmate to join me in this recently refurbished maisonette right by Crouch Hill Station, and only a 10 minute walk from Finsbury Park tube station. I'm in my early/mid 30's, looking for a flatmate of a similar age to share this lovely flat with. I'm looking for a fun housemate who won't mind a chat in the evening or even a glass of wine, but is also considerate of personal space. I am relatively new to the area so am enjoying exploring what the local area has to offer. I'm looking for a balance between someone who won't be hidden in their room at all times but also one that does not leave a trail of destruction in their wake!! Looking for someone who will keep the place clean and tidy.
