Hello! I am unfortunately leaving my lovely house due to a job change which means my room is up for grabs! We have a fantastic 3 story house a short walk from Mudchute DLR and about 20 mins from Bank. The room is on the bottom floor backing onto the garden (absolutely fine for people to smoke out here however the current two housemates don’t smoke), with your own downstairs toilet and sink. You’llshare the top floor bathroom also with one other girl so there’s never any waiting around to shower/bath. We are right on the river thames which is pretty beautiful. The house has a separate kitchen and lounge on the middle floor, as well as a small balcony and garden. All for only £667 - super cheap for London. You will be living with two incredible housemates who both work in the fashion industry. They are looking for someone who they can welcome in as a friend :) We are all pretty down-to-earth and independent, but like to hang out at the weekends sometimes, watch movies together, have some vino and cook for each other every now and again! They are the two best people I’ve ever lived with and I will be so sad to leave them - the next housemate will be lucky to live with such chilled and kind people. Bills come to £85 per month. The tenancy will be until November 2019, with move in on the 1st of February. Deposit is £1000, with a £90 admin fee. Thanks, Helen
