Hi, We have a double room to rent in central Leamington. It is in the ideal position for town, near Warwickshire College and only 12 minutes walk to the station. The apartment has a spacious bright lounge and balcony overlooking a large communal garden that backs onto the river Leam. Set back from the road the apartment is quiet and we have friendly neighbors. Your room comes furnished with: a double bed, chest of draws wardrobe and a desk. Although we're happy if you want to bring your own furniture. The monthly payment includes all your bills, including the internet, NOW TV and Netflix We are all professionals, working in and around Leamington. The apartment is pretty laid back and very sociable. We want the apartment to be your home and not just a place you rent a room.
