About Pervaze

Hi! I've been renting my house in Turnpike lane for over 4 years since moving out to Hertfordshire. I'm a National Landlord Association member (183843) and pride myself on being a helpful and approachable landlord. I work for the BBC and live about 30 minutes drive from the house so I'm available both weekday evenings and weekends. I have recently refurbished the house and I'm looking for people who will enjoy the bright and airy decor and benefit from the short walk to the underground and the myriad of shops.
