Seeking a housemate to share our lovely, happy home! The Room: A cosy double room with good storage, and comes fully furnished - although if you have your own furniture then we can be flexible! The House: We’re a short 11 minute walk from Grays Rail Station, in a nice, quiet cul-de-sac. There are two convenience stores opposite and really lovely and quiet neighbours on both sides. Some other things to know: - All bills are included - Fast fibre broadband - SkyHD and Amazon Fire in the living room - Free parking - Shared living, office, bathroom and kitchen spaces - all finished to a good standard - A recently done brick patio garden, which is great in the summer - Our cleaner comes once a fortnight About Us: Hello, we are Lily and Harry! We’re a clean, tidy and fun professional couple in our early 30s, with three very well-trained and friendly housecats. We love to stay in, watching US comedies or true crime documentaries, and we enjoy a good dinner with a nice glass of wine and an early night. About You: We’re home quite a bit, and make good use of the space so our room may be more suited to weekday lodgers, or people who don’t mind a busy house. Quiet single professionals preferred, but couples and students would definitely be considered. And we don’t mind if you’re a smoker (we are too after a couple of drinks!) just please smoke outside!
