I'm a really keen cyclist and generally sporty person who likes getting stuck into new challenges! I'm not a party person (well- very occasionally!)- don't get me wrong, I love a glass of wine (!!), but I get up very early most of the time to cycle - training in the mornings before work and at weekends so I wouldn't be looking for a party person who rolls in at all hours in the morning or to share with a couch potato who sits in front of the TV all day. I'm also really clean and tidy and would like to share my home with someone who is the same. A cleaning lady does comes every week but I like her to clean and not be tidying up after people. I have a large double room to rent in a 3 bed terraced house to share with myself- the home owner. The room is furnished with a double bed, 3 sets of drawers and a fitted wardrobe - it overlooks the garden so it's really quiet. I only want to share with one other leaving the spare room for guests to stay. The house is really homely and the garden is lovely and it has a grass and a decked area, with garden furniture, and a BBQ. Harley, the cat, lives in the house so it's a must that you like pets as he's not good at understanding boundaries! The house is about 3 minutes walk to Southfields tube station, zone 3, and there are 2 buses that go to Clapham Junction and Vauxhall. It's really close to Wimbledon Common and only 3 miles from Richmond Park. Southfields is a really lovely 'Village' area with small local shops and a new M&S Simply food at the end of my road!
