Dear Sir/Madam, I am a 53-year-old male and work in Morley. I am looking to move to the Morley, Leeds area or surrounding area. I am a non-smoker, have no pets, currently single and no children. I require a quiet household. The reason for moving is I am staying with a friend on a temporary basis, whilst I try to find somewhere to live. Unfortunately, I am finding it very difficult to find suitable rooms for rent. Excellent references are available on request. I am on the lookout for a large double room, in the Morley area or as near as possible. Approx £400.00 pcm ono. I am quiet, considerate and appreciate other people’s privacy.
