We are easy going, friendly professionals looking for a fellow professional to rent our spare room. Jake is a 30 year old male and I am a 34 year old female. We are both solicitors. We are looking for a male or female professional between the ages of 24 -45 ideally, who is friendly, relatively quiet and tidy/clean.
