Hi all! Our current flatmate is leaving the flat foward to move in a different area, so sadly we will need to say her bye soon. *Regarding the flat* Completly furnished flat, with washing machine, oven, matrixes, sofa, microwave, closets, etc... The available room has a double bedroom size and it gives to the midday /afternoon sunlight. The flat includes: living room, 1 toilet, 1 Bathroom, a hall, and a huge kitchen. It is very well located, two streets from the market, and next to a park area, besides it has a car parking (away from the road) around our building, completly free for the tenants. -The room without fees costs 325££. -The average of all fees per month is around ££130. -The deposit is 487££. -Available from March 2019 -Minimum permanency - 6 months. *Regarding us* We are two profesional women, coming from Spain and Italy, we are very clean and tidy, we have a rota to cleaning the flat deeply every week. We are also very friendly, easy going and repectful, we would like to find someone matching with us! No smokers. No couples. No pets. No students.
