About Lucy

Hello! We (Lucy and Dom) are two friendly, easy going professionals looking for somebody like-minded to move into our three-bedroom flat in Tooting Bec. Our current housemate is sadly moving out so we'll have a spare double room available from April 11th and we're looking for somebody to move in as close to that date as possible. We're a fairly social flat and we both get on well. We are looking for somebody who's friendly, can have a laugh, and who will do their share of the cleaning. We live a three-minute walk from Tooting Bec tube station (zone 3 on the usually-always-reliable Northern Line) and about a ten/fifteen minute walk to Balham and Tooting Broadway. There are lots of nice restaurants nearby, plus there's a good pub across the road. Tooting Common isn't far away (home of Tooting Bec Lido!!!), and neither is Wandsworth Common, so they are great places to chill out in the summer. Bills aren’t included, they’re under £80 each a month including gas, electric, water, Virgin freeview and internet. We also have a cleaner which is £20 a week between us. We are happy to consider a shorter term let (min 6 months) because we are looking at potentially buying a house together later this year. Nothing is confirmed yet so we can chat more about this if you are potentially interested in the room.
