Our management team are on-site 24/7 and are here to help if you need us. Simply pop downstairs and say hello. Together as a team we strive for excellence by providing you (our wonderful residents) with consistent, efficient service with a smile! To assist, we have put this book together to help guide you through some questions you may have. One of the many perks of being a resident at No 26 is not having to worry about maintenance and building security. Our team are on-site 24/7. We also have 24-hour CCTV located on site. The area is therefore regularly monitored and we will address any loitering, vandalism, theft, noise disturbances and monitor suspicious activity/smells, smoking, etc, should they occur.

Your all-in-one monthly bill covers council tax, utility bills, wi-fi, weekly light cleaning, linen changes, access to communal spaces, community events and our 24/7 on-site team to help make your experience as amazing as possible.

No.26 is a 100% smoke-free community, ...therefore, smoking (including vaping and e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited in any part of the building including: courtyards, roof terraces, patios, balconies, apartments, corridors and hallways.

The first floor boasts unique spaces that are designed to bring the community together, and provide the perfect environment, no matter your mood. On the first floor you will find the co-working space and plant room, residents enjoy this space to relax and work from home. We also host community resident events in these spaces including Yoga, Coffee Tasting and more.

Whether chilling out with Netflix, gaming or getting to work, we know that fast internet is important. That’s why we have superfast internet throughout the building that is provided by Hyperoptic.

Letters will usually be delivered directly to your individual mailbox located on the ground floor by the reception/lounge area. Any packages/large parcels can be delivered to the concierge where these are then recorded and stored in a secure post room ready for your collection.

If co-living renters are not completely satisfied with their new home for any reason, then they can let Native know within 28 days of their lease start.
