About this listing

I am a postgraduate student who has has to defer due to personal reasons, therefore the studio apartment in which I was living has now become available. It is a spacious room with features including: Large double bed Bedside table with drawer with headboard Desk Shelf storage Chest of drawers Large wardrobe with overhead storage Radiator Four cupboards of kitchen storage Kitchen counter Sink Hob Microwave oven Kettle Fridge freezer Toilet and sink Extractor fan En-suite shower Bathroom heating rail Two chairs Body-length mirror Tack board Iron Communal Henry Hoover and ironing board Amenities: - The University’s Streatham Campus is a fifteen minute walk from the accommodation - The city centre with all its restaurants, cafes, shops, cinemas and attractions (such as Exeter Cathedral) is a ten minute walk away - Exeter’s main train station, St Davids, is literally directly opposite, approximately a 30 second walk - There is a Costa Coffee also literally directly opposite the front entrance to Bonhay House over the road, about a five second walk - The Imperial, one of Exeter’s most popular pubs, is a literal two minute walk from the accommodation - The scenic Quay is between ten and fifteen minute walk from Bonhay House - The laundrette is a two minute walk down the road in the affiliated Point Exe student accommodation - Exeter Central and a Co-op Food store are less than a ten minute walk - There is a large Fitness First commercial gym about a five minute walk down the road - Bonhay House neighbours Premier Inn, so if you have any family visiting they can have somewhere nearby to stay - The River Exe with its scenic walking path that leads down to the Quay can be accessed by walking over the St Davids railway crossing, which is a two minute walk away - There are Premier and Londis convenience stores nearby, both one minute walks away The options when I was making this ad didn't allow me to advertise a university accommodation so some of the information in the ad isn't included. There are 30+ students in the building, I don't know what the gender ratio is. Overall, I’ve had a really positive experience living here. The room and all the features are high-quality, there’s good natural lighting from the window as the room is on the second (top) floor of the building. Everyone I met in the building was really friendly so if you decide to move in I encourage you to knock on some doors and introduce yourself. The accommodation really is convenient, and everything important is a pretty direct walk from there, so you really won’t need a car, especially with St Davids Station adjacent. Having a studio is really convenient as well, with everything in one space and not having to worry about anyone else’s mess, and being accountable and responsible for your own things. Anyway, hopefully you like the look and sound of the place. If you want more information you should google 'My Student Village', who own the accommodation, and ask them any questions that you might have, and if you're interested in it then let them know and tell them that it's in reference to room 26, or I can sort it for you. Feel free to drop me a message though and I'll be happy to answer any questions that you have. Cheers
