Where’s your #idealnook?

Everyone has their favourite little nook or corner in their home, where they feel completely at ease. Whether it’s reading a book on your cosiest chair, cooking your favourite meal in the kitchen or enjoying that extra bit of time in bed (are you an IG scroller?), it’s what makes us enjoy taking time for ourselves. Right?

And here at Ideal Flatmate, we love finding out where folk spend their extra five minutes of peace. So we rounded up a few of our friends, and asked them to share their #idealnook.

Let’s just say, we’re super jealous.

Luke

Luke’s ideal nook is in the morning, with a coffee, croissant, a good book and being surrounded by plants – and it sounds bliss. If all our mornings looked like this, we certainly wouldn’t mind when the alarm went off…

@lukecatleugh

Maria

Cosy and chilled on her bed, and watching Netflix (or very unlikely flower arranging – her words not ours!), is Maria’s favourite nook. And we can’t blame her – that corner looks so snug, we’re not sure if we’d ever want to leave!

Rebecca

Rebecca chose her calm workspace as her ideal nook, because she loves that there’s a bit of nature inside, especially when working from home most days. This is one office space that we would happily send emails from.

@rebeccahope

Sade

Books, books and more books is where Sade loves to spend her time, making this corner her ideal nook. And we can completely see why – it’s super cosy. We’re wondering if we can move in?

Kim

Kim’s ideal nook is on her sofa, where she loves to take some time out from her busy life, with a herbal tea and a new book. We wouldn’t mind spending an afternoon (or full day) curled up here.
