A city guide to Soho

Soho is a popular destination in central London for its diverse restaurants, conceptual bars and for its streets full of life. If you were debating where to go don’t worry we saved you the trouble. Here’s a list of the must-see in the vibrant streets of Soho.

To see

Carnaby Street

Situated two minutes away from Oxford Street, this little gem is a shopping street that changes its look every season. Probably one of the most photographed streets in central London for its colours and surprising decorations. And after you’re done with your shopping don’t forget to pop by Kingly Court, where you will find a large variety of bars and restaurants to choose from and recharge your batteries before the next round!

The photographer’s gallery

The photographer’s gallery was the first public gallery in the UK devoted only to photography. Through the years it has been the home to the greatest photographers. Let your mind wander and boost your creativity through the rooms of this central London escape.

To Do

Karaoke Box

Time to put your inhibitions aside and try something new. Karaoke is such a fun activity to do with a close group of friends (who you don’t care if they hear your terrible voice on a Britney song). Trust me, you might be shy at first but being alone in a room with cocktails and an unlimited selection of songs can really bring out the best of you!

To Eat

Princi

Finding the best pizza in London is a very difficult task as the competition is tough. As you might have noticed London is really good at taking the best from every culture and reuniting under one big metropolitan roof. However we believe that our hunt for the best pizza in London got pretty close to perfection at Princi. You need to try it by yourself but we promise you won’t be let down.  And if you’re an indecisive one, we have good news for you! They sell pizza by the slice so you won’t have to commit to one, you can choose a bit of everything!

Bibimbap

Korean heaven in the middle of Soho or a.k.a. Bibimbap. This cheap and cheerful restaurant will leave you wanting to come back for sure.  Don’t be afraid to be adventurous because all their dishes are delicious and oh-so-pretty to look at.

To Drink

Soho grind

This one is for the coffee lovers out there. Soho grind won’t let you down. You might enter for the look of the coffee shop (very retro-cool) but you will stay and come back for the amazing taste of their coffee and not to mention the lovely service. The vibe is kept all day long with their lively music and people come there to work, socialise or simply to enjoy a good grind.

Milk & Honey

Last but not least, we all need a little bit of honey in our lives. Mixology is an art difficult to master, however Milk & Honey definitely know what they’re doing. Trust them and their delicious cocktails and enjoy it all night in an atmosphere that will make you feel so cosy – dimmed lights, rich brown colours, leather sofas and brick walls. All your senses will thank you. Perfect for a date or simply for a low key night.
