There is a garden front and back and the flat has all the mods cons with gaz and central heating. The bedroom is a medium-size with a double bed with a built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage for clothes. As you can see in the photos, there is a lovely large living room and a well-equipped kitchen. It is located conveniently, being 5 mns walk to Leytonstone station, 5mns to Westfield Strafford Shopping centre by tube and 26mns to the West End.: There is street-parking if you apply for a resident permit. There are also a lots of local shops. You will be sharing with a female. About moi, I'm a professional female In my late 40’s, friendly and considerate and looking to share my lovely home with someone with the same qualities. I'm into Pilates, yoga and cycling. I’m looking for someone who has their own life but may like to share a glass of wine or the occasional meals so we are not completely strangers.
