About Nidhi

Hi there! My housemate is moving out on the 15 of April and so I’m looking for my next homie! About me: I’m Nidhi and I’m a young professional working in the city. I grew up in Spain but have spent the last 6 years in Plymouth, Prague and London. Supposed accountant by day, by night I enjoy cooking, going for a run and watching shows on Netflix. I’m usually out seeing friends at the weekend! About you: I’m looking for someone who doesn’t just want to hide in their room, and is happy to have the occasional meal or glass of wine. Respecting each other’s space and caring for the house go a long way too :) The house: It’s a super spacious duplex with lots of storage and natural light. The large kitchen comes fully equipped if you enjoy cooking and the living room has two big sofas, a smart tv and balcony. Upstairs, are the two bedrooms, the shower room and a separate bathroom. Your room has a double bed, a walk in wardrobe, huge chest of drawers, TV and armchair. Not to mention a nice view of the city in the distance! The area: Archway tube is just a 7 minute walk away and the 41, N41 and 210 buses stop below the flat. From Archway station, there are buses going pretty much everywhere. Finsbury Park station is 10 mins by bus and the lovely Crouch End with its arthouse cinemas, cafes, and pubs is a 10 minute walk. There are small grocery shops a couple of minutes away but if you get hungry our neighbours might offer you some great treats! Bills & Details: The total pcm for bills is ~ £80 - £100 per person (council tax, cleaner, Wifi, water, electricity). The landlord requires references and 1 month’s deposit (secured under deposit scheme). One year contract with a 6 month break.
