This is a slightly unusual request as I am not actually interested in renting a room as such, just the address to be honest, which would allow me to have a small amount of school applications (mail) to be sent to it as i do not need to actually live in the property. I am a married professional with a small management consultancy business in London and an executive search business in Singapore and in the process of moving my wife and step son over to the UK from Ho Chi Minh City / Singapore. The reason for placing this advert is that I purely need an address in central Wimbledon to be able to apply for a combination of State and Grammar Schools, whereas independent schools do not mind, but an address in Wimbledon is a key part of the application criteria for many other school types. Just an FYI - I do have an address in the UK, a rented apartment in Guildford near my ex wife and Daughter, as i split my time between London and Singapore but we (my current wife and step son) want to live in Wimbledon hence the request. Would you, and any flatmates, consider a nominal rent to allow me to apply to schools etc in the area for the next 3-4 months or so. I am more than happy to supply references from my bank, professional (accountants) employers, friends etc etc. I am also happy to pop up and meet you to explain my situation in person. I do not need a key to the property, just the ability to either collect school application mail, or have it forwarded to me, when convenient for you. I am happy for you to open my mail to reassure you the address is not being used for anything inappropriate.
