Our lovely house wanted one gorgeous tenant in South Kirkby. It’s a quiet area with plenty of street parking, so If you have a car, you can park on street or even in a private pathway. We have local shops nearby and public transportation as well. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, plenty room for clothes in built -in wardrobes. All the bills are included in the price, wifi too. You will have access to the common areas of the home such as living room, kitchen and bathroom. About you: Ideally, we are looking for a non smoker, and not noisy professional who likes to keep everything nice and tidy.
