About Lilou

Hello everyone ! We have one room available in our nice flat with plenty of storage place, freshly painted, and measuring 3m x 4,8m (9,84 feet x15,75 feet) + built-in cupboard and wardrobe. The flat has its own entrance, and we have a private parking place if needed. Charges are about £70 a month, it covers: - £25 of council tax - £22 of gaz and electricity (more or less depends of the month) - £6 for the broadband - £15 for water (more or less depends of the month) We are 2 friendly french flatmates looking for someone to fit in the third room of the flat we would enjoy to spend time with, clean and responsible. We like drinking coffee, (french) wine, and eat sweets. Chocolate is my sin... We love to eat and share a meal as well ! But not really cooking.... Pizza, it's gonna be pizza We are both working in a pub, and I study at the same time. We are very quiet and discreet, and quite busy (we work night shifts); but we enjoy a nice chat and meal when we got spare time.
