About Pedram

My names Pedram and i am a business consultant based in southwark. Bit of a background on me - ?I was born and raised in Brighton originally but have lived in various places around London for the last 6.5 years with both males and females from 2 beds to 6 beds.?I am a regular gym goer, avid explorer and massive foodie! ?Super social but also respect privacy, and very easy going / easy to live with. I like living in a clean and tidy environment and always up for chilling in the communal space, i can provide awful jokes and hilarious stories. I am currently based in Queensbury where i have been for the last 3.5 years and only moving out due to my current housemate moving in with his girlfriend (adulting apparently?). so i thought i would take the opportunity to move closer to central.
